摘要
通过对400mm厚连铸坯轧制160mm厚特厚板的轧制道次分配方法、厚度控制技术以及板形控制技术的研究攻关,成功开发出160mm厚Q345高韧性特厚规格产品,钢板异板差控制在±0.8mm以内,板形合格率达99.5%,-40℃冲击功为171~249J,Z向断面收缩率为31.0%~46.5%,满足了高尺寸精度、高韧性的要求。
The 160mm-thickness Q345 high toughness and ultra-heavy plate was developed successfully by re searching the rolling pass layout, thickness and shape control technology of 400mm-thickness continuous casting billet. The plate thickness difference is within 4-0.8mm, the pass rate of the plate shape is 99.5%, the impact toughness at -40℃ is 171~249J, the Z-direction section shrinkage is 31.0% ~46.5%. It can meet the high size precision and high toughness needed of the plate.
