中原经济区的建设应走包容性发展之路。包容性发展强调发展的全面性、协调性和可持续性。包容性发展强调社会成员参与的公平性。人们应该公平地获得就业机会以及劳动报酬和其他各种社会待遇与保障的权利。包容性发展是对全体人民群众友善的发展。
Inclusive development should be the road of constructing the economic zone of Central Plains. Inclusive development emphasizes the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. Fairness of the inclusive development stresses the participation of community members. People should have fair access to employment opportunities and remuneration for work and other kinds of treatment and protection of the rights of society, and inclusive development is friendly to all people.
