摘要
通过数值分析的方法研究动态因素对某电力推进轴系横向振动的影响,介绍运用传递矩阵法对船舶轴系进行横向振动分析的基本原理,结合某电力推进轴系实际情况,建立轴系计算模型,用Matlab编写了基于传递矩阵法的计算程序,对影响轴系横向振动的轴承刚度、艉轴后轴承支撑位置以及陀螺力矩三个因素进行计算分析,得到这些因素在不同条件下对轴系临界转速的影响。
The influence of some dynamic factors upon the lateral vibration of an electric propulsion shafts was researched by numerical method. The basic theory of trans-matrix method for marine shaft lateral vibration analysis was described. A computation model for an electric propulsion shafting system was established, and a trans-matrix program was compiled in Matlab. The influencing factors of the stiffness of bearings, the location of the aft stern bearing and the top-shaped moment of propeller were analyzed in details. The critical rotating speed impacted by these factors in different conditions is deserved.
