GFRP用量及缠绕方式影响约束素混凝土柱体的研究

摘要 为研究玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)约束素混凝土柱体的力学性能,进行了6组试件轴心的受压试验,主要从GFRP用量、缠绕方式和角度方面考察了GFRP布对约束素混凝土柱体力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,螺旋缠绕试件承载力和延性均有较大提高;采用螺旋与全包约束相结合可以较大提高GFRP布的利用效率;±15°交叉螺旋缠绕的素混凝土柱比6°螺旋缠绕的素混凝土柱表现出更强的承受轴压的能力,但极限应变稍低;剪切裂缝经常发生在试件的45°处;GFRP布在轴向和环向可提供有效的变形和强度,可部分替代混凝土柱中的钢筋。 To study the mechanical property of GFRP confining concrete column, the axial compression tests of 6 groups of specimen are conducted. The influences of GFRP dosage, mode and angle to GFRP confining concrete columnon the mechanical property are mainly taken into account. The results show that the bearing capacity and ductility of spiral winding specimen are improved greatly, the fiber polymer utilization ratio can be improved greatly when using spiralcombined with all wrap. The concrete column of ±15°cross spiral winding has stronger capacity of bearing axial press than that of 6°spiral winding, but the limiting strain tends to be lower. The shearing crack often happens at the place of 45°ofthe specimen. Effective deformation and strength can be provided by GFRP along axial and circular direction, which can partially substitute the reinforcing steel bar in concrete column.
