摘要
采用微库仑法测定直馏柴油中硫含量。从放大倍数、积分电阻、偏压3个方面讨论操作因素对测量结果的影响,并确定最优操作条件。在优化条件下,对加标直馏柴油样品进行精密度和回收率考察。结果表明:放大倍数为300~400,积分电阻为400Ω,偏压148~149mV,操作条件下测得直馏柴油硫含量误差低,重复性好。测定结果的RSD值均小于2%,加标回收率在98%~102%。该方法操作简便,快速,准确,适用于直馏柴油硫含量的测定。
The determination of the sulfur content of straight-run diesel oil was performed by micro-coulometry. The influences of magnification, integrating resistor, substrate bias involving in result of determination was investigated, and the appropriate formula and technologic condition were determined. Under optimization conditions, the precision and recovery rate of straight-run diesel spiked were studied. The results indicated: magnification 300~400, integrating resistor 4001Ω, substrate bias 148~149mV. The method of determination sulfur content of straight-run diesel oil was reproducible, low error. Their RSD values are all lower than 2% and the recovery is around 98% ~102%. The method is simple, rapidness and accurate for determination of the sulfur content of straight-run diesel oil.
