摘要
本文以溴甲基双色烯二酮(简称BMBCDO)为探针采用荧光光谱法对两性离子表面活性剂十二烷基甜菜碱(简称BS-12)的梯度浓度下的荧光强度进行了测定,结果表明,在BMBCDO发射峰位置的荧光强度发生了明显的变化,根据测试结果所绘制的荧光强度-浓度(I-C)图中有明显的突变点,此突变点对应的BS-12浓度值与其临界胶束浓度文献值1.20 mmol·L-1一致.
In this paper, self-made BMBCDO was used as a fluorescent probe. Using spectral method amphoteric surfactant dodeeylhetaine (referred to as BS-12) critical micelle concentration were studied. The results showed that the fluorescence intensity of BMBCDO original peak had undergone an obvious change. There was an obvious mutation in the fluorescence intensity-eonconcentration diagram. The mutation's concentration of BS- 12 was in accordance with the literature of critical micelle concentration.
