摘要
结合河西走廊地区气候特征和能源结构特点,在原有全生命周期评价方法的基础上,考虑社会性和技术性因素,确定以环境性、能源性、经济性、社会性和技术性为目标属性的采暖形式的评价体系,并利用德尔菲法对指标体系的目标属性及影响因素进行筛选,最终建立河西走廊地区采暖形式评价指标体系,然后运用该指标体系通过可拓评价法得到河西走廊地区最优采暖形式.
Combining with the characteristics of the climate and energy structure in area of Hexi Corridor,and taking into consideration the social and technological factors,on the basis of the original life cycle assessment,the evaluation system of the heating form with the environment,energy,economy,society and technology as its objective attributions was determined.The objectives attributions and influencing factors were selected with Delphi method.Finally,the evaluation index system of heating form in area of Hexi Corridor was established and by using this index system and extension assessment approach,the optimal heating form in the area of Hexi Corridor was obtained.
