摘要
为了解决在电子装备测试中无法正确隔离被测电子装备和测试设备间故障的难题,提出测试设备以通用平台为基础架构,在电子装备测试适配器中采用信号阵列切换技术,实现与被测电子装备的物理连接,电气断开,实现测试设备离线自诊断;利用嵌入式自测试技术,实现测试设备自身的实时自诊断,从而实现故障在线诊断和隔离。
