摘要
目的:采用梯度洗脱法测定不同不同商品地茵陈中金丝桃苷、绿原酸和齐墩果酸的含量。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸水溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm进行梯度洗脱。结果:不同商品地茵陈中3种成分的含量差异明显,金丝桃苷含量2.93~15.58 mg.g-1,绿原酸5.858~47.73 mg.g-1和齐墩果酸1.89~4.98 mg.g-1。结论:方法快速可靠,丰富茵陈质量标定方法。
Objective:To determine the content of hypericin, chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid from Yin Chen of different commodity by gradient elution. Method: The Diamonsil C18column (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid as mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1, and detected at the wavelength of 235 nm. Result: The content of active ingredients from Yin Chen was different.The content of hypericin,chlorogenic acid and oleanolic acid was 2.93-15.58,5.858-47.73,1.89-4.98 mg·g-1 respectively. Conclusion : The method can expend the content determination of the active ingredients, and help to establish the quality standards of Yin Chen.
