摘要
为实现传感器数字化,设计出一种通过单片机控制的模数转换系统。系统通过对振动信号的传播过程进行处理,包括信号滤波、模数转换以及转换后数字信号的处理关键技术的研究,实现了模拟信号的数字化。通过对数字传输接口的发射接收设置,将实际振动信号与接收信号进行对比,验证了数字化结果的准确性。
In order to make the sensor digitized, an analog-digital conversion system controlled by MCU is designed in this paper. The system achieves digitizing the vibration analog signal by signal filtering module, AD conversion module and digital signal processing technology. By the settings of trans- mitting and receiving to the digital transmission interface, it compares the actual vibration signal with the received signal. Finally, the digitized results are tested and verified to be accurate.
