摘要
当前三大运营商在3G通信网络覆盖、业务内容和资费水平趋近相同的情况下,用户感知的优劣在很大程度上决定客户对移动运营商的忠诚度,同时这也是未来核心竞争力的发展趋势。传统的用户感知评估体系尚无法进行有效、准确地对用户感知结果的评估,结合了传统的评估体系,提出了新型评估体系架构,给出了基于EVDO网络监测系统的用户感知模块解决方案,以期对移动运营商建立客户忠诚度,提升核心竞争起到关键作用。
In the current three operators in the 3G communication network coverage, service content and tariff level approach the same cases, users' per- ception of the quality to a great extent determine the customer's loyalty to mobile operators, and at the same time, this also is the future trend of the develop- ment of core competence. The traditional user perception evaluation system is still not able to effectively and accurately to users' perception of the evaluation results. This paper combines the traditional assessment system, and puts forward the new evaluation system, and gives the framework based on EVDO network monitoring system user perception module solutions, in order to mobile operators build customer loyalty, promote the core competition to play a key role.
