钾长石分解制备硫酸钙晶须工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以萤石为助剂在硫酸存在下分解钾长石,分解后的固体采用常压酸化法制备硫酸钙晶须。考察了反应温度、反应时间、固液比、硫酸用量、添加剂用量等因素对制备硫酸钙晶须的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为103℃、反应时间为1 h、固体与硫酸与水的质量比为1∶4.4∶35、添加剂硫酸镁用量为0.12 g(占原料质量的2.4%)条件下,所得产品产率为27.36%、长径比为65、白度为65.3%、纯度为95.61%。 Potassium feldspar was decomposed in the presence of fluorite accessory ingredient and sulfuric acid, and the solid decomposition products were used to prepare calcium sulfate whisker by atmospheric acidification method.The influences of amount of sulfuric acid,reaction temperature ,solid to liquid ratio, reaction time, and amount of additive on the preparation of calcium sulfate whisker were studied.Results showed : under the conditions of reaction time of 60 min, reaction temperature of 103 ℃, mass ratio of solid, sulfuric acid, and water of 1:4.4:35, and amount of magnesium sulfate additive of 0.12 g (2.4% of the raw material), the final product' s yield, slenderness ratio, white content, and purity were 27.36%, 65,65.3%, and 95.61%, respectively.
