摘要
VB(Visual Basic)是高级程序设计语言,其程序流程控制结构中的循环结构适合逐板计算法中类似迭代原理的计算,再加上集成开发环境中丰富的界面设计功能可以提供优良的用户界面,因此,是采用逐板法求解精馏塔理论塔板数行之有效的实现工具。全文介绍了用VB逐板法计算针对于二元物系精馏塔理论塔板数的过程,给出了相应的VB程序代码,并指出在Visual Basic编辑器中生成独立的可执行文件(exe),用户只需在该文件中输入相关参数,即刻就能显示出全部的计算结果。该操作方法简单实用,便于掌握,应用广泛。通过对理想与非理想二元物系的实例进行操作验证,并由MATLAB图解法比对校验,所得结果准确无误。
VB(Visual Basic) is an advanced programming language. Apparently, the loop structure from its program flow control structure is suitable for the calculation of similar to iterative principle in the plate-by-plate calculation method, and the abundant features of interface design in the integrated development environment can provide an excellent user interface. Therefore, it is an effective tool for the calculation of the theoretical plate number of a rectification column with the plate-by-plate calculation method. This paper, for a binary system, introduces a VB-based Plate-by-plate calculation method to the theoretical plate number of a rectification column and a corresponding VB program. Besides, a stand-alone executable file is made in the Visual Basic Editor. With operating the file, users just simply input the relevant parameters as soon as all of the calculations can be displayed. The operation method is simple and practical. What's more, it is easy to understand. Compared with a MATLAB-based graphic method, two living examples about the ideal and the non-ideal binary systems have verified its accuracy.
