摘要
技术创新不是一种纯粹的技术建构,而是一种以技术为核心、以信息的有效传导为纽带的组织和制度建构。将组织柔性、信息能力、技术创新方式整合在一个理论模型中,以我国相关大中型工业企业为研究对象对三者关系进行了实证研究。研究结果表明,不同组织柔性的信息获取能力、吸收能力和利用能力是不同的,信息能力对组织柔性和技术创新方式之间具有中介作用,但是在我国大中型工业企业中组织柔性和技术创新并非是倒U型关系。
Technology innovation is not a purely technical construct, but a kind of organization and system con- struction which treats the technology as the core, regards the effective transmission of information as a link. Dif- ferent from the other present literature, it integrates organization flexibility, information competency and technologi- cal innovation way into one theoretical model and focuses on the three factors with references to China's big and medium-sized industrial enterprises. The results show that different organizational flexibility are different to informa- tion access capabilities, absorptive capacity and utilization capacity, information capability exerts a function of mod- ification between those organization structure and technology innovation,otherwise, we also find large and medium industrial enterprises in China organizational flexibility and technological innovation is not the inverted U-shaped relationship. Besides the theoretical promotion, it also provides a guidance to modify the modes of organization structure and technology innovation for the big and medium-sized industrial enterprises.
