摘要
汽车覆盖件的冲压工艺方案设计是一个复杂且经验性强的创造性过程,需要支持多种知识表达模式和多智能决策技术方法来完成该方案的决策。通过核心的工艺特征来表达知识,构建基于"KBE"的汽车覆盖件知识模型,采用转换机制来实现设计特征到工艺特征的映射,在工艺知识库的支持下完成工艺方案设计,并有效提高其设计的质量和效率。
Auto cover stamping process design is a complex and strong empirical creative process, ft needs the support of a va- riety the knowledge expression patterns and the method of multiple intelligent decision-making technologies to complete the program decision-making. The knowledge is expressed by core process features, automobile covering panel based on KBE is built, using the conversion mechanism, the mapping of design features to the process characteristics is achieved, under the support of process knowledge base ,the process scheme design is finished, which can effectively improve efficiency of the quali- ty and design.
