摘要
研究如何提高微生物法测定叶酸的准确性和稳定性。对微生物法测定叶酸的关键控制点、主要影响因素进行探讨分析。采用IFP微孔板试剂盒检测婴幼儿配方奶粉中叶酸质量分数,相对传统微生物方法具有操作方法简便、结果准确、重复性好的特点。
The article discusses how to enhance the accuracy and stability of assay of folic acid by microbiological method. And the key opera- tion and main elements which may affect the results of microbiological assay was analyzed as well. Folic acid in infant formula milk powder was assayed by IFP microplate kit method in contract with traditional methods, and the result shows that microplate kit is easy to be operated with high reproducibility and accurate results.
