摘要
地铁建设过程中,由于各种因素,可能造成盾构区间与车站之间存在工期及工序之间的相互影响。广州地铁6号线东山口站左线站台暗挖隧道为盾构先行掘进通过,后期对盾构隧道采用钻爆法进行扩挖而形成站台隧道。依托广州地铁东山口站工程,研究了盾构与钻爆法结合修建地铁站台隧道的相关技术,解决了盾构区间与车站暗挖站台隧道之间的矛盾,并采用有限元分析和实体模型试验的研究方法,得出了该工法对周边环境影响的特点,并通过现场监测进行验证。工程实践表明,该工法是科学合理的。
In the process of metro construction, the interactions may often exist between the shield tunnel and the station platform tunnel about the work period and the work procedure because of various factors. In the project example of Dongshankou Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 6, the station platform tunnel by undermining method in left line was tunneled by two stages: in the early stage, it was tunneled by shield method ; in the late stage, the previous shield tunnel was enlarged by drilling and blasting method so as to form a station platform tunnel. In this paper, based on this project example, relevant construction technologies of metro station platform tunnel were researched, in which the shield method was combined with the drilling and blasting method. By this research result, the conflict between the shield tunnel and station platform tunnel was solved. Furthermore, by means of finite element analysis and physical model experiment, the influence characteristics of this construction method upon the surroundings were obtained, and proved by field monitoring. Engineering practice shows that this construction method is scientific and reasonable.
