摘要
为了实现绝对式光电编码器数据采集与处理中实时性高、多通道、高精度等需求,基于FPGA技术、USB2.0接口技术以及LabVIEW技术,设计出一套高性能、低功耗、多通道、易扩展的数据采集系统,可完成多路信息的同步采集与处理和数据的实时显示与存储。详细介绍了FPGA核心模块和USB通信模块的软件设计与硬件实现,并采用混合模式的工程设计方法,高效地实现了FPGA程序的设计。经试验证明:该系统能够高效准确地完成多路绝对式光电编码器信息的采集要求。
In order to realize the absolute photoelectric encoder data acquisition and processing, multi-channel high real-time, high precision, based on FPGA technology, USB2.0 interface technology and LabVIEW technology, this paper designed a set of high performance,low power consumption, multi-channel, easy extension of data acquisition system, can complete more synchronous acquisition and route information processing and data real-time display and storage. It introduced the FPGA core modules and USB communication modules of the software design and hardware implementation, and the hybrid model of engineering design method, efficient way to realize the FPGA program design. The experiment results prove that the system can accurately and effciently complete more absolute photoelectric eneoder information collection requirements.
