摘要 为了监测和控制挤塑成型过程中塑料熔体的温度变化情况,利用LabVIEW软件开发出挤塑成型过程温度控制系统,实现了实时数据采集、数据分析、结果显示及过程控制等功能;采用PID闭环负反馈机制的控制方式,对机筒内的熔体温度实现一定范围内的无差控制,提高了机筒出口处熔体温度控制的稳定性和准确性,进而达到提高产品质量的目的,最终实现了挤塑成型现场温度控制。 In order to monitor and control the temperature changes of the process of the extrusion molding, a temperature control system was developed by the software of LabVIEW, which can realize the functions of real-time data acquisition, data analysis, results displaying and process controlling, etc. The melt temperature of the barrel can be non-interacted controlled in a certain scope by using PID closed-loop negative feedback mechanism,which will improve the stability and accuracy of the barrel at the outlet of the melt temperature control and thus will achieve the purpose of improving the quality of products, and ultimately can realize the scene temperature control of the extrusion molding.
