摘要
针对某地区一起110kV主变跳闸事故,从20kV灵活接地装置及主变非电气量保护的原理进行分析,认为灵活接地装置未可靠动作是造成事故的原因,提出了相应的技术和组织管理措施,作为防范此类事故的有效方法。
Based on an 110kV main transformer trip accident, the paper analyzes the non-electric quantity protec- tion principles of the 20kV system's flexible grounding device and the transformer. The results show that the accident is caused by the unreliable operation of flexible grounding device. Besides, some related technical and management measures are proposed to prevent such accidents effectively.
