摘要
当前制约我国公共图书馆基本服务均等化实现的主要问题是公共图书馆资源配置的失衡。论文在利用全国31个省(市、区)公共图书馆的各项资源指标数据的基础上,采用基尼系数法定量地考察地区间公共图书馆资源配置的差距情况,以揭示公共图书馆发展的地区差异,为实现公共图书馆基本服务均等化提供决策依据。
The current restriction for equaling the public library basic service in our country is the imbalance of the public library resource allocation. Based on the data of the public library resources of the national 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and using the Gini coefficient, it quantitatively investigates the gap in public library resource allocation, in order to reveal the regional difference in public library development, and to provide the decision basis to equal the public library basic service.
