摘要
研究烟草工业企业物流中心非法人实体建设,运用解释结构模型的系统分析方法,建立了解释结构模型,构建出物流中心非法人实体建设理论分析框架。通过模型分析,提出物流中心非法人实体建设的职能定位策略、激励约束机制构建策略、组织体系建设策略和业务体系建设策略,为烟草行业物流中心实施非法人实体建设提供一种途径。
Unincorporated entity construction of logistics center in Tobacco Industry was researched on in this paper.Based on system analysis method, interpretive structural model（ISM） was established, that was unincorporated entity theoretical framework for the construction of logistics center.Through the analysis of the model, strategy of the construction of logistics center unincorporated entity function orientation, constructing the incentive constraints mechanism, organization system and service system construction was put forward, that gives one way to construct unincorporated entity of logistics center in tobacco industry.
