摘要
探讨了苯丙乳液、润湿剂的添加量对聚合物水泥防水浆料性能的影响,结果表明,随着苯丙乳液添加量的增加,防水浆料的抗折强度增大,抗压强度减小,苯丙乳液的最佳添加量为35%;适量的润湿剂能使防水浆料分散均匀,当其添加量为0.2%时,防水浆料的黏度为2 480 mPa.s,有利于施工;消泡剂NXZ与BH-508复合使用,能够明显降低防水浆料中的气泡。本研究制备的聚合物水泥防水浆料具有良好的耐水性。
This paper discussed the influences of dosages of styrene-acrylic emulsion and wetting agent on the performance of polymer cement waterproofing slurry. The results showed that fracture strength of the slurry increased and its compressive strength decreased with the increase of styrene-acrylic emulsion, and its suitable dosage was 35%. The proper amount of wetting agent helped the dispersion of waterproofing slurry. When the dosage of wetting agent was 0.2%, the viscosity of the slurry was 2 480 mPa's, which was beneficial to construction. The foams of slurry were significantly lower when deformer NXZ and BH-508 were used together. In addition, the polymer cement waterproofing slurry had good water resistance.
