摘要
对铝合金拉杆的复合挤压工艺进行了模拟。分析了不同挤压速度下,金属流动、模具和坯料的温度以及成形载荷的分布。对温度的变化和热量散失进行了预测。
The composite extrusion process of aluminum alloy pull-rod was simulated. The metal flow, temperature of dies and billet and distribution of load in different extrusion speed were analyzed. The temperature change and heat loss were forecasted.
