肺气肿的MSCT表现与鉴别诊断 被引量:4

摘要 MSCT可以一次屏息获得全肺的毫米级高分辨力图像,使我们可以清晰观察肺内低密度病变的形态、大小和分布,以及邻近的支气管、血管的异常改变,为更加细致地评价肺气肿创造了非常好的条件。为了更精确地确认肺气肿的存在,评价肺气肿的程度和范围,我们必须首先了解肺气肿的定义、不同类型肺气肿的影像学表现与病理的关系等基本信息。
