摘要
网络空间对国家安全和社会发展影响日益加剧,世界各国逐步开展网络空间研究。根据美国网络空间研究现状,总结了网络空间概念的发展历程,阐述了网络空间的地位与作用,分析了美国实现网络空间战略目标的重要举措,主要包括:制定网络空间发展战略与政策、开展网络空间力量建设以及施行"网络自由"战略等。对指导我国网络空间发展具有一定的参考价值。
Cyberspace has been playing more and more important role in national security and social development. So researches on cyberspace are being carried on in a lot of countries all over the world. According to the research status quo of the US cyberspace, the paper concludes the development of cyberspace concept, explains the status and function of cyberspace, and analyzes the important measures that America realizes the strategical target, which includes developing cyberspace strategies and policies, developing cyberpower and implementing ＂internet freedom＂ strategy and etc. It has certain reference value for our country＇s cyberspace.
