摘要
目的:根据临床需要制备甲氯漱口液并建立质量控制方法。方法:以甲硝唑和洗必泰为主药制备漱口液,采用高效液相色谱法测定主药甲硝唑的含量。采用Diamonsil C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5um)色谱柱,以甲醇-水(20:80)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长318nm。结果:甲硝唑的质量浓度在25～175μg·ml-1的线性范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9991),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=0.75%)。结论:本制剂制备方法简便,含量测定准确,质量可控。
Objective：To prepare a compound XiLi gargle for clinical treatment and to establish a quality control method for the gargle. Methods： chlorhexidine acetate, metronidazole were used as chief drugs to prepare the gargles. HPLC method was used to measure the drugs of the gargle. The chromatographic system consisted of WondaSilTM C18 （250mm×4.6mm,Sum）column as stationary phase and a solution of methanol-water （20：80） as mobile phase the flow rate of mobile phase is 1.0ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 318 nm. Results： A good linear range of me tronidazole was found between25-175μg·ml-1（r=0.9991）. The average recovery was 100.1% and RSD=0.75%.Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
