摘要
构建区域性教师网络学习共同体对于提高教师专业化水平具有重要作用。区域性教师网络学习共同体知识共享可以提高团队之间的竞争力、促进教师个人专业的发展力、增强学生的学习力。我们可通过重视教师个人特性、增加教师之间交流的机会、构建良好的团队激励机制和创设多种共享方式,来促进区域性教师网络学习共同体的知识共享。
Building regional teachers'online learning community plays a key role in improving a teacherg profession- alization. Knowledge sharing in the regional teachers' online learning community, which can enhance the competi- tiveness between teams, facilitate a teacher's professional development and improve students' learning ability, can be facilitated by means of attaching great importance to a teacherg characteristics, increasing the opportunity to ex- change between teachers, constructing good team incentive mechanism and creating a variety of sharing modes.
