摘要
为了满足低合金焊丝钢盘条免退火生产要求,结合盘条CCT曲线和生产线的特点,采用2种试验方案轧制AH70G低合金焊丝钢盘条。方案1吐丝温度810~830℃,入罩温度730~750℃;方案2吐丝温度890~910℃,入罩温度800~820℃,2种方案辊道速度均为0.15 m/s,风机、保温罩全关。轧制后,方案1盘条抗拉强度约800 MPa,方案2抗拉强度约700 MPa。对2种方案产生不同的抗拉强度和金相组织进行分析,结果表明,采用方案2生产的盘条金相组织以铁素体和珠光体为主,盘条抗拉强度控制在700~720 MPa,满足用户使用要求。
In order to meet free annealing production requirement of low alloy steel wire rod, combining the characteristic of wire rod CCT curve and production line, AH70G low alloy welding steel wire rod is rolled by adopting two test solutions. The first solution wire rod laying temperature is 810 - 830 ℃, entering heat insulation temperature is 730 - 750 ℃, the second solution wire rod laying temperature is 890 -910 ℃, entering heat insulation temperature is 800 - 820 ℃, the roller speed of two solutions is 0.15 m/s, the fan and heat cover are all closed. After roiling, the wire rod tensile strength of the first solution is about 800 MPa, the wire rod tensile strength of the second solution is about 700 MPa. The different tensile strength and microstructure produced in the two solutions are analyzed. Results show that the wire rod microstructure produced in the second solution is mainly ferrite and pearlite, wire rod tensile strength is controlled 700 -720 MPa, which meet customer' requirements.
