摘要
针对渤海油田南堡35-2油田南区地下原油粘度高(达到800mPa·s),存在单井产能低、采油速度小、过渡带部位的油井含水上升快等问题,对弱凝胶提高开发效果进行了探讨。通过动态分析,认为含水上升的主要原因是原油粘度较大,流度比不利;从水驱油理论出发,利用油藏工程方法,对南区水驱效率较低的原因进行了系统剖析;提出利用弱凝胶驱油来改善水油流度比,提高水驱油体积波及系数,达到提高采收率的目的。矿场试验井组证实,该方法对改善水驱效果、保持地层能量有较好的作用。
Underground oil viscosity is high(which reach to 800 mPa·s) in south area of Nanpu 35-2 oilfield in Bohai oilfield,problems existed as single well low production capacity,small recovery speed,oil well water cut rise quick in transitional zone.In this paper,weak gel is used to improve development effect.Through dynamic analysis,the main reason for water cut rising quick is that crude oil viscosity is large,fluid ratio is big.Started with the water flooding oil theory,using reservoir engineering method,systematically discuss the low efficiency of water driving in south area.Weak gel flooding oil is proposed to improve water-oil fluid ratio,and enhance water flooding oil volume and parameters,which reach the target of enhancing recovery.Field test shows,this method has good effect for improving water flooding and keep formation energy.
