天然气现货贸易和欧洲天然气交易中心是欧洲推进天然气市场自由化改革的直接产物。以欧洲各国天然气交易中心为平台,近年来欧洲天然气现货贸易快速增长,进而促使欧洲天然气定价机制从传统的与油价挂钩向现货气价机制转变,这将是欧盟与俄罗斯在能源领域长期博弈的一个过程。天然气现货贸易的发展对俄欧天然气合作产生重要影响。俄从长远战略角度考虑,将加快发展向亚太地区出口天然气的新通道,以减轻向西供气的压力。
Natural gas hubs and hub-based spot trading in Europe are direct products of natural gas market liberalization and reform there. Europe’s spot gas trading has rapidly grown in recent years, raising the share of the spot gas market in European natural gas trading. Transition of the gas pricing mechanism from traditional oil-indexed pricing to hub-based pricing is a long-term process of adjustment between the EU and Russia. Therefore, the development of the gas spot market is an important factor in natural- gas cooperation between the EU and Russia. Russia will accelerate development of new channels to export natural gas to the Asia-Pacific region in order to relieve downward price pressure due to supplying natural gas westward.
