摘要
激光喇曼光谱技术是研究分子结构的重要手段之一。文章研究激光喇曼光谱技术在检测假酒中的应用,从实验上测定了甲醇、乙醇和混合溶液的激光喇曼光谱,分析了甲醇浓度与谱线强度的关系,在快速检测假酒甲醇含量中有重要的意义。
Laser Raman spectrum plays an important role in analyzing molecular structure. In this paper, the application of Laser Raman spectra to the detection of adulterated liquor is studied. Laser Raman spectra of methanol, ethanol and the mixed solution of methanol and ethanol are measured in the experiment, and the rela- tion of the intensity of spectral line with methanol concentration is discussed. It is concluded that Laser Raman spectrum has important significance in quickly detecting the methanol content in adulterated liquor.
