摘要
对广西中等职业学校教师的抽样调查结果显示,目前中等职业学校教师队伍存在的主要问题有:中职教师队伍数量不足,结构不合理,"双师型"教师缺乏;中职教师受到的相关培训不足,培训效果不理想;中职教师目前的工资较低,福利欠佳,对优秀人才的吸引度较低;中职教师评聘工作不够科学,无法引导中职教师向"双师型"人才发展;学校缺乏对中职教师的有效激励,教师工作满意度不高。为此,为改善中等职业学校教师队伍建设,需改善中职教师结构,重点打造"双师型"教师队伍;改善中职教师培训不足现状,提高中职教师培训质量;提高中职教师的待遇,吸引优秀人才加盟中职教师队伍;加强中职教师评聘工作的科学性,引导教师争当"双师型"名师。
The results of the survey on the Secondary vocational teacher teams in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region show that there are a lot of problems that need considering. All these problems seriously affect the healthy development of secondary voca- tional education in this region. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to make some change from the present situation concerning : 1 ) the shortage of teachers, the improper structure of teacher teams, the lack of double professional teach- ers; 2) poor welfare and poor talent attraction; 3 ) unscientific evaluation system; 4) the lack of incentive mechanism.
