摘要
运用时域有限差分方法(FDTD)方法数值研究了一种亚波长十字型金属—绝缘体—金属(MIM)等离子波导结构的透射属性.结果表明该结构的透射极小值与十字型切口的长度密切相关,表现出良好的滤波性质.十字型切口被直MIM等离子波导分为上下两段,每一段独立构成一个驻波谐振腔.当各段长度独立满足驻波谐振条件时,该结构均会产生透射极小值.
A subwavelength cross-shaped metal-insulator-metal (MIM) plasmonic waveguide structure is numerically researched by using the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method. The results show that the minima of transmission of the structure have great relationships with the depth of the cross-shaped cut, and the filter capability of the structure is very good. The cross-shaped waveguide, and each part is looked as a cut is separated into two parts by the straight MIM self-existent resonant cavity. When the depths of the each part satisfy with the standing wave resonant condition, the minima of transmission of the cross-shaped MIM wave^uide structure annear.
