换热器性能参数实验台自动测试系统的改进 被引量:4

摘要 为了满足换热器性能参数实验教学的需要,结合GB/T27698-2011《热交换器及传热元件性能测试方法》对实验台架原有测试系统进行了改进,利用压力、流量、温度等传感器替换了传统仪表。传感器采集到的模拟信号通过ADC0809芯片进行A/D转换,并利用RS232通讯输入系统软件部分,实现了数据的采集、分析和显示。除了信号采集、数据传输工作外,80C196KB单片机作为硬件电路的中央处理器,还利用其HSO.0-HSO.4输出口完成控制信号的输出。利用Labwindows/CVI平台开发了测试系统的软件部分,提高了换热器性能参数实验的精度和自动化程度。 In order to improve the experiment teaching of heat exchanger performance parameters, o- riginal testing system of the test bench was modified basis of GB/T27698-2011 " heat exchangers and heat transfer device performance test method". The traditional instruments of test bench were placed by pressure, flow and temperature sensors. Analog signals of the above sensors convert to digital signals through the ADC0809 chip and with the help of RS232 communication, digital signals were transferred to system software who realized the data collection, analysis and display. In addition to signal acquisi- ! tion and data transmission, 80C196KB function as the hardware central processor could also output control signals useing its HSO. 0-HSO. 4. Software component of new testing system was developed based on Labwindows/CVI software platform. The new testing system improved the precision and auto- mation of heat exchanger performance parameters experiment.
