摘要
通过对国内外相关文献的分析总结,对目前各管道在生产运行中常用的及特殊情况下使用的清管器追踪方法进行了归纳。共列出声波、磁感应、电磁脉冲等6类清管器追踪方法,介绍了各方法的追踪原理和使用方法,分析了各方法的优缺点,并针对不同情况下的管道给出适用的追踪方法。通过对这些清管器追踪技术的分析介绍,可以为管道的清管作业提供参考,也为清管器追踪技术的进一步研究提供了依据。
Through an analysis of the related domestic and foreign literatures, this paper summarizes the current pipeline pig tracking methods and lists six pig tracking methods including the acoustic method, the magnetic induction method and the electro magnetic pulse method. It introduces the principle of each method, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages and at last gives the applicable method under different circumstances. The introduction of these pig tracking methods can provide valuable reference for the pigging operation and a basis for further research.
