广西地桃花药材HPLC指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立广西地桃花药材的指纹图谱,为科学评价广西地桃花药材质量提供参考依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱技术,色谱柱Phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长320 nm,柱温25℃,流速0.8 ml/min,分析时间120 min,进样量为10μl。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)计算10批药材的相似度。结果:指纹图谱的方法考察包括精密度、稳定性和重复性实验,均符合有关规定。建立的标准指纹图谱有17个共有峰,与对照图谱相比较,每批药材色谱图相似度均在0.91以上。结论:该方法精密度、稳定性及重现性较好,特征性及专属性强,可以有效地用于地桃花原材料质量控制,为开发和利用地桃花药材资源提供依据。 Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Urena lobata L. growing in Guangxi, in order to provide evidence of scientific assess for quality control of it. Methods: HPLC was adopted on Phenomenex Clsll0A column (5 p^m, 4.6 nunx250 ram) by gradient elution with methanol-0.5% glacial acetic acid, detection wavelength of 320 nm, column temperature of 25 ~C, flow rate of 0.8 ml·min-1, analysis time of 120 minutes, and injection volume of 10 ttl. Similarity of 10 different batches of Urena lobata L. was calculated with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM (2004 A edition). Results:The method was validated through the following performance criteria, precision, stability and repeatability. There were 17 peaks in the standard fingerprint established, and the similarity of each batch was over 0.91 compared with the control fingerprint. Conclusion:The HPLC fingerprint of Urena lobata L. has good precision, stability, repeatability, and it is of specific, so that it can be used for quality control and further exploration of Urena lobata L.
