摘要
电荷耦合器件(CCD),作为数码相机的核心器件,在成像过程中会产生依赖于信号的噪声。文中提出了一种基于噪声估计和三维DCT的CCD图像降噪方法。该方法建立了一种新的噪声模型,并先准确估计CCD的噪声水平函数(NLF),然后对利用非局部思想搜索出来的相似块群,进行三维DCT,最后对高频系数做自适应阈值处理,从而达到降噪的目的。实验证明,该方法对CCD噪声图像具有很好的去噪效果,甚至可以媲美目前去噪效果最好的Non-localMeans(NLM)算法和BM3D算法。
Electron-coupled device (CCD) , as the core component of digital camera, produces signaldependent noise in the imaging process. This paper proposes a new adaptive image denoising method which is based on noise estimation and 3D-DCT. This method sets up a new noise model and estimates the noise level function (NLF) of a CCD image firstly, and then puts the 3D-DCT on the similar blocks and finally shrinkages the high frequency coefficients adaptively. The experimental results show that the method can achieve excellent denoising performance, and even can compare favorable with two state-of- the-art denoising algorithms: Non-local Means (NLM) and BM3D.
