摘要
采用国标中的氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)测定6种酒样中总硒含量。结果表明,测试样中硒元素加标回收率在99.50%~100.00%间;检出限为1.45 ng/mL,相对平均标准偏差(RSD)为0.73%(n=11)。该结果说明,不同地区保健酒中均含有硒元素,且贵州地区保健酒中的硒元素高于其他地区。
Total selenium content in six healthcare wine samples was determined by HG-AFS. Their recovery rates were within 99.50 % 100.00 % and the detection limit was 1.45 ng/mL and RSD was 0.73 %(n=11). The experimental results suggested that healthcare wine made in difference regions contains selenium, and selenium content in wine made in Guizhou is higher than that made in other regions.
