摘要
选用198只1日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,采用网上平养。对照组饲喂基础日粮,其它各组在基础日粮基础上依次添加0.08%、0.15%、0.20%、0.25%和0.30%的大豆低聚糖(SBOS),以研究大豆低聚糖对肉鸡血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加SBOS对试验末期肉鸡血液生化指标有不同程度的影响。其中总蛋白的含量有所升高,但未达到显著水平(P>0.05);日粮中添加大豆低聚糖可以降低血清中尿素氮的含量,各试验组分别比对照组降低了16.82%、28.31%、33.64%、37.22%和48.71%,差异均不显著(P>0.05);各试验组血糖含量有所升高,但未达显著水平(P>0.05);各试验组血清中T3的含量与对照组相比分别提高了0.81%(P>0.05)、8.09%(P<0.05)、10.58%(P<0.05)、13.69%(P<0.01)和19.91%(P<0.01);各组试验鸡血清T4水平与对照组相比均有所降低,但只0.30%添加组与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。
To study the effec of soybean oligo saeeharide(SBOS) with different levels on blood bioehemieal indicator of broiler, 198 one-day-old Rose 308 birds were randomly assigned into 6 groups eaeh with 3 replications.The control was provided basal diet, treatments were basal di- et added 0.08%, 0.15%, 0.20%, 0.25% and 0.30% SBOS.The main results were showed as fol- lows: tit the end of the trial, the diets added with SBOS could increased the blood sugar and to- tal albumen (P〉0.05) and decreased the BUN (P〉0.05).The concentration of serum T, respective- ly increased by 0.81%(P〉0.05), 8.09%(P〈0.05), 10.58%(P〈0.05), 13.69%(P〈0.01) and 19.91% (P〈0.01) compared to control group;the concentration of serum T4,but for the 0.30% SBOS group was lower than control group(P〈0.05).
