空气气氛中合成LiNi_(0.7)Co_(0.3)O_2及其AA电池电化学性能

Synthesis and Electrochemical Properties of LiNi_(0.7)Co_(0.3)O_2 as Cathode Material for AA Lithium Ion Batteries in Atmosphere

摘要 采用共沉淀法合成LiNi0.7Co0.3O2正极材料,采用X射线(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征不同温度下合成的材料,并研究了材料的电化学性能。结果表明:750℃空气气氛下合成的材料的结构较规整和有序度更好,电化学性能最好。4.2V首次放电比容量达到143 mAh/g,100次循环后仍保持在125.4 mAh/g,循环性能优良。 LiNi0.7Co0.3O2 were synthesized by co -precipitation methode. X -ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning e- lectron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the structure and morphology of synthetic materials in different tem- peratures. The electrochemical performance of the synthetic materials was also studied. The results showed that the materi- al at 750 ℃ in atmosphere had more regular structure and a higher stacking fault as well as the best electrochemical per- formance. The first discharge specific capacity was 143 mAh/g at 4. 2 V, and the specific capacity was 125.4 mAh/g af- ter 100 cycles, and good cycling performance was obtained.
