摘要
简要介绍了石化化工装置由于设备组件不密闭而产生挥发性有机物(VOCs)的无组织排放源和典型排放量,详细分析了由美国环保局(USEPA)所倡导的装置泄漏检测与修复措施(LDAR)的实施程序和实施要点,说明了其在应用中应注意的问题。随后,探讨分析了LDAR技术在我国的实施经验和应用于我国石化行业VOCs排放控制的前景。
The fugitive emission sources and the quantity from a typical refinery and chemical plant caused by the blow - by status of process components were reviewed. The leak detection and repair initiated by USEPA was introduced as a technical administration measure. The implementation process and common problems of LDAR were given out. Additionally, the LDAR implementation experience in China and it's prospect in VOCs control in refinery and chemi- cal industrv was also reviewed.
