摘要
【目的】确定中药药渣酶解发酵生产乙醇的最佳预处理方法。【方法】分别采用稀酸水解、N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)、机械粉碎等方法对黄芪口服液药渣进行处理,经处理后的药渣或纤维素进一步酶解发酵生产乙醇,比较乙醇的产量、工艺路线、生产成本等,确定合适的预处理途径。【结果】经稀酸预处理后的药渣发酵得到的乙醇量居中,工艺路线简单,生产成本低廉,是理想的预处理方法。【结论】稀酸预处理法适合中药药渣生产乙醇的工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the pretreatment method for producing ethanol from Chinese medicine residue. Methods The residue of Huangqi Oral Liquid was pretreated by hydrolysis with diluted acid, degradation with Nmethylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) and mechanical disintegration. After pretreatment, the processed residue or cellulose was further hydrolyzed and fermented for ethanol production. By taking comprehensive consideration of ethanol yield, process route and production cost, we found the appropriate pre-processing method. Results Dilution acid pretreatment was the optimal pretreatment measure, which had the advantages of higher ethanol yield, simpler process route and lower cost. Conclusion The established method is suitable for industrialized production of ethanol from Chinese medicine residue.
