摘要
目的:探讨大剂量糖皮质激素早期治疗重型戊型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析64例重度戊型肝炎的临床资料。结果:大多数重度戊型肝炎早期经大剂量糖皮质激素治疗后黄疸消退快,肝功能恢复快,病程缩短,花费减少。结论:大剂量糖皮质激素在早期治疗重度黄疸型戊型肝炎方面疗效显著。
