摘要
目的转基因小鼠是进行肿瘤研究的良好材料,采用化学诱导剂在绿色荧光蛋白转基因C57BL/6小鼠(GFP—C57BL/6)上建立肿瘤模型。方法本研究采用苯并(α)芘对GFP—C57BL/6进行前胃癌的诱导实验。结果苯并(α)芘处理后30周,小鼠前胃肿瘤发生率达到100%,且不会照成对照小鼠胃部损伤。结论采用苯并(α)芘可以在GFP—C57BIM6小鼠成功建立肿瘤动物模型。
Chemically induced tumor model is one of common techniques for cancer research. The mouse of transgenic green fluorescent protein gene is also a good material. In the research, B (a)P was used to induce forestomach neoplasia in green fluorescent protein transfected C57BL/6 ( GFP - C57BL/6 ) mouse. The results show that the B(a) P can be induce forestomach neoplasia successfully. The tumor incidence reached 100% when the GFP -C57BL/6 was treated with B(a) P. It could be used for a inducer in GFP- C57BL/6 forestomach neo- plasia model
