摘要
扎根理论作为一种基于归纳的质性分析研究方法,自1969年由Glasser和Strauss提出以来,主要用作理论的构建,该研究方法不断地得到发展及完善,它广泛应用于健康科学、教育学、社会学、管理学、心理学、经济学等领域。该方法在学术界被认为使用最为广泛,同时也是误解最深的研究方法之一,本文将阐述扎根理论的操作原则、研究过程及其操作过程存在的问题,以至于更加规范地使用扎根理论,使构建的理论具有更高的可靠性,同时介绍其在心理学方面的应用。
The grounded theory is a theoretical study which is based on a summarized analysis technology. It is mainly used to the construction of theory since it was addressed by Glasser and Strauss in 1969. It has been developed to be perfect constantly. It is widely used in health science, pedagogics,sociology,management,psychology,economics and so on. The method is one of the research means which is used widely while misunderstood deeply in the academe. This article is accounting for the principle of operation,the problems exist in the process of research and operation which will be attributed to using it more standardized and reliable. And introduce the application in the psychology meanwhile.
