摘要
目的探讨黄芩多糖的抗氧化活性及抗氧化机制。方法用D-半乳糖造衰老小鼠模型,受试药组衰老小鼠分别灌胃50、100、200mg/kg的黄芩多糖溶液,共7周,观察其对衰老模型小鼠抗氧化系统的影响。结果黄芩多糖能使小鼠脑、肝中的丙二醛(MDA)不同程度下降;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)不同程度升高。结论黄芩多糖可通过清除羟自由基而达到抗氧化活性。
Objective To study the antioxidative activity and its mechanism of polysaccharide from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods The effect of polysaecharide from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was observed on antioxidatiye system of senile model mice caused by D-galatose (D-gal)which were administered with the polysaccharide from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi 50, I00, 200 mg/kg once a day for 7 weeks respectively. Results Malondialdehyde (MDA) differently dropped,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD)and glutathione peroxidase (GSH)differently ascended in heart,liver and kidney of senile model mice which were administered with polysaccharide from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Conclusion The antioxidative activity of polysaceharide from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi was reached by eliminating. OH free radicals.
