摘要 综述了番茄红素生物合成途径、关键酶及其基因调控以及番茄红素微生物和植物基因工程,并对番茄红素基因工程的发展方向进行了展望,为进一步研究基因工程技术在生产番茄红素中的应用提供科学的研究基础。 The biosynthesis pathways of lycopene, the gene regulation of key enzyme and the microorganism and plant genetic engineering of lycopene were reviewed, and development of genetic engineering for lycopene was predicted, and provides scientific research base for further research of applications of the genetic engineering technology in the production of lycopene.
