摘要
以通用的数控机床用涂层刀片CNMG120408为例,介绍了利用外观、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及金相分析等手段来表征数控刀具CVD涂层中涂层成分及结构的方法,并对各涂层成分的特点进行了分析。
This paper takes the general NC coating insert CNMG 120408 as the study object; It introduces the repre- sentation methods of coating composition and structure of NC cutters, such as surface appearance observing, X - ray dif- fraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM） and metallographie analysis; and analyzes each layer＇ coating composition.
