摘要
根据新时期高等教育和人才培养要求,全面推进素质教育,结合学校工程训练中心的办学实践,提出了多学科知识交叉综合的工程训练实践教学理念,通过个性化和层次化培养的工程训练新模式在实践环节中培养创新性人才。系统阐述了我校工程训练的三层实践教学体系、科学构建多学科实践环境的工程训练创新平台、高水平的工程训练实践教学师资队伍建设等工作举措及建设成效。在如何依托高校办学优势,注重工程训练,丰富和完善创新人才培养体系方面提供了理论依据和实践经验,为培养工科大学生创新能力进行了有益的尝试。
According to the requirements of new time higher education and quality education promotion, this paper proposed the engineering training practice teaching concept of intersection and synthesis of muhidiseiplinary knowledge based on the practice in the engineering training center in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. It systematically presented the concept, model, measurement and effectiveness in the implementation of personalized and hierarchical engineering training. The practice in the engineer training center in recent years provides theoretical basis and practical experiences in engineering training, which is of beneficial reference for the cultivation of the innovation ability of engineering students.
